iDoc AP · approvals
Approve in Teams, Outlook or on the invoice page.
iDoc AP picks the approvers from the rules by amount and department. All three places update the same invoice.
When an invoice is submitted, iDoc AP picks the approvers from the approval rules (by amount and department). Each stage of approvers receives a card in Microsoft Teams (Approvals app), an actionable email in Outlook, a reminder if it waits too long, and an escalation after that.
Approvers can approve or reject in Teams, in Outlook, or on the invoice page in iDoc AP. All three update the same invoice. The person who captured an invoice cannot approve it.
Touchless invoices
An invoice that passes every check goes straight to approval without a clerk reviewing it. That happens when its key fields were read confidently, the totals add up, the supplier and bank account match the supplier master, it is not a duplicate, and any PO / goods receipt matches.
Approvers still approve every invoice. Touchless only skips the clerk review. Site owners turn touchless on or off and set the confidence the key fields must reach: 85, 90 or 95 percent.
