iDoc AP · Intelligent document processing

Supplier invoice to approved payable.

iDoc AP is the accounts payable solution on SharePoint. It automates capture and checking, supports the numbers finance already reports, and leaves a register your team can search.

1

Capture

Drop a PDF or phone photo into the SharePoint page. No crop, and no template per supplier.

2

Read

iDoc, LHDN rules and the MyInvois QR capture and validate 51 fields, including the IRBM UUID.

3

Review

Confidence on every field. Low ones are flagged. Totals, TIN, SST, due date and duplicates are checked.

4

Approve

The approver signs off. Status runs to Paid with the trail kept on the list.

Try the exception toggle. Then edit a value.

AP

The clerk stays in control. Nothing here is written to a server.

Ready for LHDN e-Invoice fields

  • Supplier and buyer: TIN, BRN, SST, tourism tax, MSIC, activity
  • e-Invoice: version, type, code, original reference, validation time
  • MyInvois QR: IRBM unique identifier and validation link
  • Payment: mode, terms, bank account, prepayment
  • Line items: classification, quantity, price, tax, amount

One list for the AP team

  1. Draft
  2. Pending Review
  3. Approved
  4. Paid

Everything stays in Microsoft 365: files in an AP Invoices library, data in an AP Invoice Register list, access by SharePoint permissions.

Usage you can export

Pages and documents per day, per user and per month. The plan, the limits and the days left on the licence. This month’s bill so far, with the calculation, and a CSV for finance.

Where it runs

Two ways to operate iDoc AP.

Recommended

Crest Cloud

The API runs in Crest Cloud. Live in a day: install the app, approve access, click Set up. Pay per use or a monthly plan. Crest runs updates, monitoring and capacity.

Data residency

Customer-managed cloud

The API, processing and usage controls run in an environment you manage. You pay the infrastructure directly. A fixed annual subscription replaces per-page billing. Crest deploys; your IT owns the environment. The annual fee is quoted.
