Printed text, handwriting, tables, selection marks and document structure come back as fields your lists and Power Platform flows can use. Phone photos do not need a template for each supplier.

Each field carries a confidence mark. A toggle hides the values that already look right, so reviewers work the exception queue. Every value stays editable before save or submit.

Built-in checks for totals, TIN and SST formats, due dates and duplicates.
SharePoint groups decide who may capture and who may approve.
The person who captured an invoice cannot approve it.
